Each piece is carefully made by hand in an art studio in Santa Cruz, California. The process is slow and intricate due to the degree of detail and attention given to each finished piece. As a result, completion time frames can vary based on the complexity desired in your custom painting.
Framing (optional): Paintings are framed in metal or wood, and matted using colors that work with the individual painting, compliment your home and meet your preferences. You will be able to work directly with the artist to select a frame and mat option that best meets your needs.
How it works: Once you order, we will ask you to send us several photos of your doxie so we can get to know your pet. Together, you and our professional in-house artist will decide which image the painting will be based on and any special details you would like included.
Our artist has a painting degree from UC Berkeley and has been making artwork since the 1970's.
