What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original packaging (new condition) within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns and exchanges unless the item(s) are damaged or defective; shipping charges are not refundable on returns. Please email our office for a Return Authorization Number and instructions prior to any return.
Unfortunately, items that are personalized, custom made, have been used, worn or washed are non-refundable.
Shipping charges on expedited requests such as express mail or overnight do not qualify for reimbursement, but a full refund on items purchased still apply.
Unlike many online merchants, we DO NOT charge restocking fees.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
What shipping providers do you use?
For shipping within the U.S., we use USPS and FedEx. Small packages under 2 lbs. normally ship U.S. Postal Service. Larger packages 2 lbs. or more are usually shipped using FedEx. For Canada shipments, we only use FedEx.
Do you offer International Shipping?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the U.S. and Canada.
Where is your phone number?
We don't post a phone number for one reason and one reason only. The reason is to pass along as much savings to our customers as possible by not incurring additional operating expenses. If you would like to place an order over the phone, we'll be happy to call you or provide a call back number to our office. Just send us an email by clicking on "contact us" and we'll get back to you as soon as possible during normal business hours.
