What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original packaging (new condition) within 30 days from receiving merchandise for an exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns and exchanges unless the item(s) are damaged or defective; shipping charges are not refundable on returns. Please email our office for a Return Authorization Number and instructions prior to any return.
Unfortunately, items that are personalized, custom-made, have been used, worn or washed are non-refundable.
Shipping charges on expedited requests such as express mail or overnight do not qualify for reimbursement, but a full refund on items purchased still apply.
Unlike many online merchants, we DO NOT charge restocking fees.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
What shipping providers do you use?
For shipping within the U.S., we use USPS and FedEx. Small packages under 3 lbs. normally ship U.S. Postal Service. Larger packages 3 lbs. or more are usually shipped using FedEx. For Canada shipments, we only use the US Postal Service.
Do you offer International Shipping?
YES, we ship all around the world. Shipping costs can be calculated on the shopping cart page prior to checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable Import Duties or Taxes on International orders. All Prices shown are in USD.
